Pricing: by your fleet, by the number of cars
We set PlakaPro's monthly fee for each company separately, and the main measure is the number of cars. There are no ready-made packages and no list price: an 8-car fleet with one cash desk and a 60-car fleet with branches are not the same job. Every feature is switched on either way — nothing is charged per user, per module or per branch. Below: how we work the price out, what is always included, how the 30-day trial runs, and the most frequently asked questions about invoicing, VAT, cancellation and data export.

How the price is worked out
We set the monthly subscription for each company individually; the main factor is the number of vehicles.
A subscription costs noticeably less than another person on the payroll. On top of that the system works around the clock, never takes a holiday or sick leave, and does not get the numbers wrong.

For a quote we ask five things: how many cars work today and how many there will be in a year; taxi fleet, rent-a-car or both; how many branches and cash desks; whether you have trackers; and what has to be fitted to your way of working beyond the standard. We name the figure the day the answers arrive — no waiting for a haggle, no «upgrade your package» game.
«Cars» means active cars: the ones working or ready to rent. A car that is sold or permanently withdrawn goes to the archive and is not counted; its history stays on its card. As the fleet grows we review the fee together; nobody is punished for a temporary extra car or two.
Why is the price by number of cars?
A fleet's work grows with its cars: every car is a schedule row, a policy, an inspection date, one or two handovers a week and a driver account. The number of users shows not the size of the work but how many people share it — and we want you to share it: the shift supervisor should see the schedule, the accountant the cash desk, the branch manager their own branch. A per-user model encourages the exact opposite: three people share one login and nobody knows who did what. That is why the measure is the car.
For the same reason there is no charge per module. A fleet that skips the report is left without evidence at handover; a fleet that skips insurance tracking misses a policy; buying in pieces opens a hole exactly where the system is most useful. Everything is on from the start; who sees which section is up to you, through permissions.
What is always included
- Schedule — car × day, events, terms, shifts; a week or any period up to 62 days.
- Driver terms and week closing — percentage (tiered) and weekly rent; a daily rate in rent-a-car mode; fines, advances, bonuses, the fuel difference. Details: driver settlement software.
- Cash desk, contractors and payment requests — branch cash desks, request → approval → payment, driver and customer accounts, supplier ledgers.
- Insurance, inspection, MTV and service tracking — policy read from a photo, warning 14 days ahead, MTV instalments from the cash desk, servicing by mileage; the «Car deadlines» table. Details: fleet tracking software.
- Live map — cars with a tracker on the map as moving / stopped / no signal (Mobiliz units today).
- Handover report — body diagram, photos, eight-step fuel level with the fuel difference calculated by itself at the day's price, invoice / KABİS checklist, finger signature by link, PDF. Details: vehicle handover report.
- Car and driver cards — chassis number, registration, purchase, tank size, documents; parts store and repair records.
- Reports and recurring tasks — summaries refreshed every night from your own data; a list of monthly recurring jobs (MTV, rent, notifications).
- Permissions per branch and per section — unlimited users; every company has its own address (yourcompany.plakapro.com) and its own database.
- REST API — for your own Telegram bot or integration; there is no ready-made Uber/Bolt or e-Fatura connection.
- Setup and data import — we load your Excel lists together; we do the first week closing with you.
- Support in Turkish — WhatsApp and e-mail; the interface is in Turkish, English and Russian.
What do setup and support cover?
Setup is not a «welcome» e-mail. Your workspace is set up for your company's type — taxi fleet or rent-a-car — and the screens simplify accordingly. On the first day we load your car and driver lists together — whatever is in your Excel, from there; if you have trackers, they are connected to the map the same day. In the first week we tailor your terms, cash-desk structure and approval flow to your fleet, and we do the first week closing with you so that your team sees where the figure comes from. After that, support is in Turkish, during working hours: a question comes in by WhatsApp or e-mail and is solved over a screen share. Support is included in the subscription; there is no charge per hour or per ticket.
What you do not pay for
No charge per user: the shift supervisor, the accountant, the branch manager — everyone signs in with their own account. No charge per module: the report, the cash desk and insurance tracking are not sold separately. No setup fee; data import and first-week support are included in the subscription. Drivers do not need accounts, so the number of drivers does not affect the price.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
- 1Demo call. You describe your fleet, we show the system on your own example (30 min).
- 2Setup. Cars, drivers and users are loaded; terms, cash desk and approval flow are tailored to your fleet.
- 3Real use. For 30 days you work with your real data; not a limited «trial version» but the whole system.
- 4Decision. If you continue, we agree the monthly fee and you receive the first invoice. If not, we export your data and hand it over; no charge, no card details asked.
Large fleets and several companies
In large fleets the price depends less on the number of cars than on the structure: several companies each invoicing separately, separate settlements with plate owners, branches with their own approval chains, or regular data transfer to an existing accounting package through the REST API. Every company runs at its own address on its own database. In that case we first scope it together — how many companies, how many branches, which processes differ from the standard — and then set a single monthly fee. The trial period and setup help apply here too; the difference is that setup may take longer than a week. Fill in the form for a quote, or simply write to us.
Compared with Excel
Compare the monthly fee with the weekly hours of the person who keeps the schedule and the reckoning in your fleet. In a 20-car fleet, close to 9 hours a week of recurring work in Excel and WhatsApp comes down to 2 hours with the software (example calculation). Frequently asked about invoicing and payment
In which currency is the invoice issued?
Turkish lira. The list price is fixed in US dollars; the invoice is converted to TL at the exchange rate on the day of payment, with VAT added.
Is VAT included?
No, the prices shown are exclusive of VAT. The statutory rate appears separately on the invoice; an invoice issued to your company is booked as an expense.
Is payment monthly or annual?
Monthly. For fleets that prefer annual payment we talk it through together; there is no obligation to pay up front.
What if we want to cancel?
You can leave at the end of any month; there is no contract term and no exit fee. We export your data and hand it over.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes, at any time. Cars, drivers, schedule, cash-desk transactions and reports (PDF) are handed over as tables and files; no charge at the end of the trial or on cancellation.
Does the fee change if our fleet grows?
When the number of cars grows noticeably we review the fee together; nothing changes by itself, and no data or settings are lost. For a temporary extra car or two nobody is penalised.
